Elements of Wellness, LLC is a group practice comprised of five women of color. Each clinician specializes in a different area of the practice. Our goal is to introduce cultural humility and representation to the mental health profession. We take a client-centered approach, prioritizing the goals and wellness of our clients. Janae Bell (she/her) is a Florida-based African-American Social Worker. She is a Florida-native and US Navy veteran. Janae specializes in marriage, family and individual counseling. She takes pride in bringing mental awareness to under-priviledge, under-represented and disenfranchised communities. Janae tailors her approach to each client, developing and nurturing balanced and organic therapeutic relationships. When Janae is not working with clients, you will find her creating memories with her loved ones and laughing.
Quintina Harris (she/her) is a Florida-based African-American Social Worker and Certified Addiction Professional. She is a Florida-native and Florida State University graduate. Quintina specializes in children, adult counseling and coaching (life and basketball). She takes pride in mentorship, empowerment, counseling and advocacy; supporting her clients in their journey to wellness. She tailors her treatment to client-specified needs and takes a behavioral approach. When Quintina is not supporting her clients, she is spending time traveling and loving on her fur baby!
Stephany Rivera (she/her/ella) is a Florida-based Latinx, English, and Spanish speaking Social Worker. She is a proud first-generation Colombian-American and college graduate who has experienced the marginalization of coming from an immigrant family. These experiences have informed her passion of providing each client with a supportive space to overcome the stigmas of mental health in BIPOC communities. Stephany is an LGBTQ+ ally who devotes herself to anti-racism in her therapy and daily life. She takes pride in developing unique and safe relationships with her clients centered on a multicultural and eclectic approach. Therefore, she tailors her treatment based on clients’ individual needs and experiences. When Stephany isn’t building strong therapeutic connections, you can find her swimming and playing with her beloved dogs!

Rehema Alceus (she/her) is a Florida-based African-American Licensed Social Worker. She is a Florida-native and graduate of Barry University. Rehema specializes in geriatric, mood disorders and personality disorders. She takes pride in equitable care through case management services for at-risk and underserved populations. Rehema tailors her therapeutic approach to coordinating and connecting clients with appropriate resources. When she is not building therapeutic relationships, she is traveling abroad and spending time with her children.
Olivia Longchamps (she/her) is a Florida-based Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Olivia specializes in supporting children, families, and individuals through life’s most challenging moments. Olivia’s passion lies in helping young minds and their families build stronger connections, improve communication, and overcome obstacles together. Olivia understands that every individual is unique and is committed to offering personalized care that meets your specific needs. When Olivia is not working with clients, she enjoys spending time with her children and family, going to the beach, and playing with her dogs.
Jana (she/her)is a Florida-based African-American, Florida licensed educator . She is a passionate and certified education professional that has served at risk youth and families for over 20 years. With 10 years of exceptional student education experience and various multi-sensory research-based methods, Jana is fueled by her belief that every child and family should feel and be supported. Jana has served on several boards and committees within her community, advocating for fair and accessible education and support for everyone. As an ESE (Exceptional Student Education) parent, she understands the importance of solid foundational skills for students with identified and unidentified exceptionalities including post-secondary students as they transition from IEP’s to college life. With her ability to draft, revise, and monitor exceptional student education documents such as IEP’s, 504’s and other documents, Jana promotes accuracy and accountability for our students and families that need it most. Jana enjoys spending time with her children and family, traveling, and introducing under-represented students to STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) opportunities.
